The phenomenon of hydraulic imbalance in fluid distribution network will lead to the following hazards: (1)It may cause damage to the pipe network, bring breakdown, even lead to the accident. (3)Waste more energy. The exceeded design flow of some branch in pipe network or equipment, will cause additional energy wasted. While too low flow of some branch needs to increase the pump power to meet the work demands, resulting in increased energy consumption.

Work principle
(1)The valve is fully compressed over the range of control pressure difference, the flow area keeps constant at the minimum ones, the flow varies with the pressure difference.
(2)The valve is moved by the pressure difference, the flow area changes to keep the flow at the set value.
(3)The valve guts fully extended under the range of control pressure difference, exposing the maximum flow area, flow changes with the pressure difference.
Note: The small -caliber bile dynamic flow balance valve is consisted by single bile valve, large diameter dynamic flow balance valve is consisted by one or more valves bile, different bile combination caused different flow settings.
